Terms & Conditions

1. Website purpose

The BOLD Fitout website provides general information about interior fit-out, design coordination, construction finishing and related services in Dubai and the UAE. Content may change as service offerings and project requirements develop.

2. Illustrative images

Unless explicitly identified as verified BOLD Fitout work, photographs and project-concept images are for design demonstration only. They do not claim to show completed BOLD Fitout projects or clients.

3. Scope and quotations

Website information and inquiry forms do not create a binding service agreement or quotation. Any project scope, pricing, scheduling, responsibilities, regulatory coordination and contractual terms must be reviewed and agreed separately in writing.

4. Technical and regulatory requirements

Construction and fit-out requirements vary by property, location and authority. Approvals, permits, building management requirements and specialist responsibilities should be assessed for each engagement.

5. Intellectual property

Website branding, layout and original copy are intended for BOLD Fitout. Stock and third-party image licensing remains subject to the original suppliers' terms. Replace demonstration images with appropriately licensed assets for the production site.
